We wish to offer domestic employees and private employers a personalised service and for this reason we voluntarily do not make the profiles of our candidates available on our website. Contact us and we will be delighted to present a selection that meets your requirements.

Methodology

We offer a comprehensive service that goes from identifying your requirements and defining the profile sought to follow-up during the trial period. Here are the main stages of the service:

• Processing the selection request
• Searching for candidates (databases, network, Internet, etc.)
• Interviewing selected candidates
• Checking suitability for position
• Taking professional references
• A presentation of the candidate’s professional background (anonymised data) accompanied by the consultant’s assessment
• Introducing the candidates selected by the private employer
• Support and advice until the finalisation of a contract
• Follow-up during the trial period

Ethics

We feel passionately about our business and are very respectful of people; we attach great importance to listening and dialogue.

Ménage Emploi ensures the strictest professional confidentiality for employers and candidates. The content of the candidate applications and all the information that will be exchanged with the employer will be handled in a strictly confidential manner.

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act, only the employees of Ménage Emploi and the private employers having entrusted Ménage Emploi with a mission for which the candidate is registered will have access to the candidate’s personal data (following signed authorisation from the latter).

We will only offer candidates who have been interviewed and whose professional references have been taken.

All our files are sent to private employers with the agreement of the candidates.
We regularly update our partners, private employers and candidates about developments in the search.
