Methodology
Processing your file
To allow us to properly assess your application, we need your full file:
- A curriculum vitae;
- Your employer’s references;
- All your different qualifications.
After we examine your file, you will meet one of our consultants to discuss your professional background and determine your expectations.
The main points addressed during the interview are:
- Professional experience;
- Skills;
- Education and additional training;
- Working days and times sought;
- The geographic scope of the job search;
- Your availability;
- Your salary expectations.
With your agreement, we will send your application to
private employers with positions matching your
professional experience, skills and
wishes.
Coordination and follow-up
We coordinate the recruitment process until your employment and we follow your progress over the one-month trial period.
